Damaged or empty package or missing item

If the parcel seems damaged or empty, we invite you to refuse it and make reservations when the parcel is delivered. Do not hesitate to take a picture of the state of the package, its transport label and its contents, and to contact us via the support bubble.

Package indicated as delivered but not received

In case of absence, it is possible that the parcel is stowed in a safe place (guard, neighbor, garden) or in a relay point. If the place is not indicated, we invite you to contact us via the support bubble.

Package returned to sender

If the address is incomplete or if you do not pick up your parcel at a relay point, it will be returned to us. We invite you to contact us via the support bubble.

Package delivered to another relay point

If the relay point you have chosen is not available, it is possible that your parcel will be delivered to another relay point. Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to change the delivery location. If you cannot pick it up, the package will be automatically returned to us.
