📦 Preparation and Shipping
Orders placed on our site before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day*.
After 12pm and on weekends and holidays, they will be shipped the next business day.
During the period of collection releases, restocking or promotions, preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer. Our teams do everything possible to deliver as quickly as possible! ✨
🚧 Your order will be shipped only when all ordered products are available. 🚧
If a shipping date is indicated on one of the ordered products, your order cannot be shipped before this date. You can find it on the product sheet and in your order summary.
🚚 Shipping costs and times
Shipping fees may be offered depending on your loyalty level, please check that you are logged in to your customer account.
🚧 Shipping to DOM-TOM and outside the EU 🚧
For any order delivered outside the European Union or to DOM-TOM, French VAT is not applied at the time of purchase. Your order may be subject to customs and import fees, which will be collected by the carrier. Please note that these fees are outside of our control.
Delivery times may also be extended due to customs processing, and we unfortunately cannot influence these delays.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USA ORDERS:
Starting August 29th, 2025, all orders to the U.S. will go through customs, no matter the amount.
This may mean some extra duties or fees at delivery (something we, unfortunately, can’t control).

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR UK ORDERS:
Your order must be over 150€ (incl. tax) to be able to ship to a UK address. If you have less than 150€ (incl.tax) of products in your cart, you will not be able to check out.
