Each time you reach a loyalty level, a new 1-year period begins.

If you do not make any purchases at Tajinebanane during these 12 months, we will recalculate the amount spent over the last 1-year period to determine whether you keep your loyalty level for another year or drop to a lower level.

In that case, you will no longer be able to benefit from the loyalty perks linked to your previous level.

For example, if you reach the Breast’Friend level on August 1st, 2025:
• If you spend at least 300€ between August 1st, 2025, and August 1st, 2026, you will keep the Breast’Friend level.
• If you spend less than 300€ during this period, you will be moved to the level corresponding to the actual amount spent.
