How can I track my package?

As soon as the seller drops off your package, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress. You’ll also receive an email from Mondial Relay when the package is available at your chosen pickup point.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t suit me?

It is not possible to return a second-hand item if it doesn’t suit you, unless it does not match the description in the listing.
