Change or cancel an orderUpdated a year ago
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us via email. We ask for your understanding as we rarely have the possibility to change or cancel an order in time.
As soon as we receive your order, our logistics team prepares the order as quickly as possible (provided all items are in stock). It is therefore almost impossible to intercept a particular order before it is shipped. If it is a pre-order, we usually have enough time to make a change.
You can refuse delivery of your package (or not pick it up) so that it is returned to us, and contact us via email or the support bubble. Otherwise, you can of course make a return using our returns portal.
