You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, provided it meets our return conditions.

Return shipping costs are at your expense via Colissimo (we recommend using tracked shipping), but they are covered starting from a certain loyalty level. For more convenience, you can request a pickup from your mailbox or drop off your parcel at a post office.

Submit your return request by following the steps in our return form, where you can choose the option that suits you best:

  • An exchange for another size or model.
    We cover the reshipment costs via the originally selected carrier, subject to stock availability.
    You’ll be notified by the carrier when your parcel is shipped or ready for pickup at a relay point.

  • A refund of your return amount.
    Once your refund has been processed, the amount will appear in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your payment method) and/or you’ll receive an email with your new store credit code.

Returns are processed within 14 days after our logistics team receives your parcel.

If you wish to return multiple items and select different options. For example, a 10% increased store credit for one item and an exchange for another, please submit separate requests via our return form.

You may include all items in the same parcel, just remember to include the return slips for each piece inside.
