You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.

If your loyalty level does not allow you to benefit from a prepaid label, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Find out more about the benefits on our Loyalty Program page.

Before making any returns, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original condition with attached tags. It has not been washed or worn (except for fitting).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

If your item has been washed, stained (makeup, deodorant, sweat stains, etc.), or has a strong odor (perfume, cooking, etc.), it will be returned to you.

🌸 Elvie items

As this item is an intimate product, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is still packaged in its blister pack and the return is made within 14 days.

🎁 Items included in your cart

In case of a refund request, the offered items* must also be returned if your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer to receive your refund.

*Offered items include all items added to your cart automatically when placing your order. This does not include free goodies sent with every order.

Personalized Items

⚠️ These return conditions do not apply to personalized items. ⚠️ 

Any item that was customized at the time of ordering cannot be returned.

Special Case of Out'lait/Braderie/Archives

Out'lait/Braderie/Archives items will neither be exchanged nor refunded; you will only receive a credit. This is why we kindly ask you to select "Receive a credit" when requesting your return.
