Costs and return address

Refunds and discount codes
Birthday codes will be applied to other unreturned items if the order still meets the conditions. If the order is returned in full, we will send you a new code. Non-nominative codes will not be refunded.
Gift card Refund
If you used a gift card at the time of payment, it will be re-credited. You will be able to use it again (by using the same code).
Refunds on expired cards
If the card you used to place your order has expired or has been cancelled, don't worry. Refunds are linked to your bank account. Your bank will automatically ensure that all payments and refunds are made to your bank account.
Repayment of a deferred or instalment payment
The repayment amount will be deducted from your next payment instalments. If the amount to be repaid is greater than the "outstanding balance", the remainder will be credited to your bank account.
