You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, provided it meets the conditions below: 

The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached. It must not have been washed or worn (other than trying it on). We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If your item has been washed, is stained (makeup, deodorant, other marks, etc.), or has a strong odor (perfume, cooking, etc.), it will be sent back to you.

ELVIE ITEMS
As intimate products, Elvie items can only be returned if their packaging is intact and the return is made within 14 days.

FREE ITEMS IN YOUR CART
If you request a refund, any free item* must also be returned if your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer.
*Free items include all products automatically added to your cart during checkout. This does not include complimentary goodies.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Any item customized at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
⚠️ These return conditions do not apply to a personalized item, as personalized products are non-returnable.

OUT’LAIT, ARCHIVES, SALE, AND/OR SECOND-HAND ITEMS
For any item purchased during our Outlet (Out’lait) or Archives sales, refunds will only be issued as store credit, and exchanges are not possible.
⚠️ Sale (braderie) or second-hand items cannot be returned.
