Before anything else, please make sure you meet the return conditions to be eligible.
To make a return, please visit our Return Portal:
📝 Step 1: Enter your information
Enter your order number (e.g., TB389743)
Enter the postal code of the delivery address used for your order
(If your order was delivered to a relay point, please enter the postal code of that relay point.)
🔍 Step 2: Select the items to return
For each item you wish to return:
Indicate the reason for your return
Choose your preferred option:
▫️ Exchange for another size (subject to stock availability)
▫️ Refund for the returned item
Important: For items purchased from the Outlet (Out’lait) or Archives collections, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Store credit will be issued for the returned item instead.
đźšš Step 3: Choose your carrier and pay for the label
If your loyalty level does not allow you to get a free return label:
Select your preferred carrier
Pay the return shipping fee
Download your return label (it will also be sent to you by email)
📦 Step 4: Prepare your package
Attach the label to your parcel
Include the packing slip inside the package
(If you don’t have it, simply include a note with your name, surname, and order number.)
đź’Ś Step 5: Tracking and confirmation
You can track the progress of your return via the return portal
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email
Please note that we have a maximum processing time of 14 days from the date your return is received.
