Some items may be available for pre-order. You will see a note “Delivery from (DATE)” on the product page for these items. This is an estimated shipping date.

🛒 When will my pre-order item be delivered?
The date indicated on the product page is the date the item leaves our warehouse. Standard carrier delivery times will be added to this.

🛍️ I ordered multiple items, including a pre-order item.
If you order items that are available at different times, we will wait until all items are ready before shipping your package.

⌛️ I’d like to receive the available items before my pre-order item arrives.

If your order hasn’t been completed yet, we recommend placing separate orders.

If your order is already placed, please contact us via the support bubble. Additional shipping fees may apply for the second package.

❌ I want to modify or cancel my pre-order.
You can cancel or modify your order at any time as long as it has not yet been prepared. Just send us a message via the support bubble at the bottom of the site with your order number.
⚠️ If your order has already been prepared, it cannot be modified.

🥺 What if the size doesn’t fit?
Our return policy remains the same: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item if it doesn’t fit, as long as it is new. You can choose a size exchange (subject to stock), a refund, or store credit.
